"Root Doctor, a world class R&B, Soul, and Blues outfit from Michigan is soon to release a stellar studio recording for the Big O Record label.
Recorded thru the historic Muscle Shoals mixing consel to two inch tape, it is a recording of much depth, character, and passion. Freddie Cunningham, the lead vocalist for the band, has a powerful baritone voice like no other.

"Lew Jetton & 61 South will be appearing on the Kenny Rogers Telethon, 2-3 pm in Sikeston, Missouri at the Athletic Complex, Sunday, March 14th. The show will be broadcast on cable systems throughout SE Missouri.

61 South will also appear Wednesday, March 18th, at Jeremiah's in downtown Paducah for the annual St. Patrick's Day party from 7-11pm
